Sugary sweet hotness like the author’s warning acknowledges couldn’t be a better definition for this couple’s story!

Jack and Raven make the cutest couple EVER! And their little helper… Awww… So damn sweet! Raven was sweetness personified, the teacher is so caring and shy that when Jack, the work and family devoted architect, set his eyes on her, he installed knew she was future, now hejust had to come up with a strategy to take his woman, without scaring her off with the intensity of his desire. But Jack was a man on a mission and had no problem in doing what he could to slowly, (yes, I was so surprised by his patience, since it didn’t follow the AR’s hero modus operandi insta bluntness, lol) take over Raven’s life, unknowingly to her. As excepted, an OTT alpha male can only take so much waiting, so his nephew’s Halloween school party proved to be was the perfect setting for him to show all his cavemen tendencies and take HIS woman! YAY! Isaac and Eden’s Story!!! My wishes were heard, because after Brief me, Baby I could wait to read their story and here it is!

And so much more than I was waiting for, because Eden being an hacker, and that being how they met, I was so NOT expecting, from that glimpse it was given in that book. But this fact added so much to the character and was the very foundation of this delicious novella. Eden portrayed the over energized hacker to a T! And Isaac was her perfect contra balance! And with him, for the first time in her life, her restlessness slowed down, and her wild ways found a more grounded solution.

“I had Isaac, and the high I got from being with him was even better than I felt any time I wormed my way into a dirty corporation’s system.”

Of course that didn’t stop her from wanting to fight for justice, and when the disappointment over their failed attempts to get pregnant threatened to sink itself and take over, she decided to direct her attention to equally important matter, helping Isaac defend and prove the innocence of man accused of murdering the love of his life. Obviously the only person that was not happy with this arrangement was Isaac himself, because everything that could represent a risk for Eden’s life was a problem on itself. She truly was everything that matter to him…

“You’re the most important person in my world, and I’m not willing to risk your safety for anyone or anything. Understood?”

But even with all the fears, and risks, the true adventure beginning, and for such a short novella, it really satisfies the suspense and mystery craving, but always in with plenty of panty melting sex scenes and incredible chemistry. And Isaac, who at first seemed to be quite the straight laced ‘suit’, really revealed us his inner caveman and dirty talker, where Eden was concerned! And she was just as sassy! Loved that!

It really was a great short and steamy read, with some incredible sweet moments that melted our hearts. Insta-love and married couple trope at it’s best! In For You, I Will, Fiona Davenport gives us all we are used to from them, and after this delicious treat I can’t wait to see what these ladies brings us next! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

The far off sound of voices floated into the room and Eden sprang up, shoving me away with surprising force. Once she was standing, she looked down at herself in horror, just then realizing I’d ruined her shirt and there was no way to fix it.

YAY, R. Holmes second book is finally here!!!
Omg, I’ve been stalking the author since I’ve read Scorched, which I absolutely adored – if you haven’t read it yet, go get it now! – so when I got this treat on my e-reader I devoured it like a starving woman!
Off Season is the perfect feel-good, low angst, short and smutty read! I love how Caston transformed right before our eyes from a playboy player into a true loving family man, and fell in love with him, right along with Eryn. Eryn was absolutely amazing, a strong single mother, knows how to protect herself from the types of ‘player’, but after seeing that Caston is much more than he first appeared to be, she starts to let go of her hang ups and welcome him into their lives, because come on, who could resist seeing the way Caston treated her little boy?!
It was a beautiful and sexy romance story, in which the author proved yet again how amazingly she writes, creates and develops these characters that even in a short story, like this, we get deeply involved and our feelings reflect what they’re feeling. That is a proof of some gifted writing!
My only wish was that it would have been a bit longer, and with an epilogue that gave us a look further into their future! I’m greedy like that, because I wanted even more Caston and Eryn!!! <3 <3 <3 <3

Oh, Lordy…
This was some seriously kinky read!!! Super taboo (first time I read this trope in all my Smutty literary travels, lol) but handled without much drama, and executed perfectly. For some more sensitive readers the religious aspect may bother you, but this is fictional smut, so to me, personally, the priest situation didn’t bother me at all. Actually I think it’s something that can happen a lot these, the questioning of our vocation/call.
Ok, now we’re getting to seriously for this smutty, short and über kinky read!!! LOL
Repent is completely safe, and (SPOILER AHEAD) both MCs being virgin, so each other’s one and only, (SPOILER END), doesn’t get much safer than that. 😉
It’s a delicious naughty book, not for the faint of heart, so if you intent to read it – if you’re as Percy as I, I’m sure you will – be prepared for some scorching hot sexcapades, in the most forbidden of places, a huge amount of dirty talk (who knew a priest could have such a filthy mouth on him?!), and a beautiful HEA!

Well, this series keeps getting better and better! Yes, this one a bit different from Alexa Riley’s usual, in my opinion, but every bit as deliciously naughty as ever!

Trace and Addison were as obsessed and as co-dependent to one another as the author’s warning alerted us, but they made that so incredibly endearing in my eyes, that for me, they couldn’t have been the most perfect couple! They truly were made for each other and full on embraced that from the very first look and touch!

“Can I help you?” The saleswoman cooed.

“Just need a couple things for my girl. Something to complement those pretty green eyes, don’t you think?”

“Oh yes, we’ve got a few options back here that would look lovely.”

Cage wagged his eyebrows at me and nearly had me choking on a burst of laughter. He was silly, sweet, and sexy—was there anything better?

“How about this one?” The sales clerk held up a slinky black number with a deep vee.

“No way.” Cage shook his head firmly. “Something a little less revealing.”

“Wait, I kind of like that.” I fingered the short hemline.

“Over my dead body, Tessa. Saved you once, not going to do it again just because you want to wear that scrap-of-nothing excuse for a dress.”

“Well, this one then?” The clerk held up another black dress, this one with a high neckline and a completely open back.

“Yes.”

“No way in hell.”

“Cage!” I nudged his shoulder before swiping the dress from the woman’s hands and heading for the changing rooms in back.

“Tessa.” His throaty reply followed me.

I turned and cast him one last glance, the fire in my eyes burning bright as a mischievous smile danced on my lips. I ducked into the changing room and slid the latch on the door. I didn’t love the dress—I’d seen prettier ones just walking through—but I loved the way it made his eyes light up.

I stepped out of the dressing room a minute later. Cage’s eyes crawled up my skin, a wolfish fire burning in his eyes. “So help me, God. If you think I’m going to let you leave the house in that, you’re insane.”

“Really? I think it’s perfect.” The smile on my lips betrayed me when I stepped out of the dressing room and did a small twirl. “Don’t you think?”

Silence hung in the space between us. After a few too-long beats I spun, my gaze landing on his.

“Jesus, Tessa. What are you trying to do to me?” His ocean eyes crawled my body, moving up my legs, dancing over the curves of my breasts, and I closed my eyes in shame. Maybe he didn’t like it like I’d thought he would.

I turned and reached for the door of the dressing room, prepared to rip the awful dress off and get out of here. I’d embarrassed myself, and I wanted nothing more than to tuck tail and run.

“Tessa.” Warm fingertips grazed the small of my back, hovering around the curve before slinking up my spine. Goosebumps burned through my body and heightened every aroused nerve I had. “You’re so fucking beautiful, all I can think about is slipping this dress off you. But I don’t want to scare you, Tessa. I need you to feel safe and wanted. I want you to feel loved.”

Aria Cole gives us in Taking Tessa a deliciously modern version of the Rapunzel fairytale. I do love this genre, and she executed it beautifully. I couldn’t get enough of these characters, and most specially Cage! He was one smoking hot Alpha.

This book had even more smutty goodness than usual, and those scenes were beyond scorching, and that coupled with the way his alpha vibes balanced perfectly with his sweetness and loving touch towards her only enhanced completely stole my heart!

After more than a decade of captivity, Cage rescues, guides and supports her through the beginning of her new life, and Tessa couldn’t be happier in her new adventure, and who wouldn’t with this hot and swoon worthy cop as guide and foundation?!

Yeah, Baby is an absolutely delicious series, and Brief Me, Baby fitted in perfectly with the remain books. This story had all the elements present in all the series: fantastic main characters, an irresistible OTT alpha for hero, some spectacular chemistry that translated into incredible sex scenes, and an enrapturing, low angst plot with an ever present sweet component that makes us melt (even when we least expect) ! 😉

The headboard added a steady thumping to the mix as it banged wildly. It was music, all of it. A symphony all our own, one composed by the knowledge that we belonged to each other, that our bodies were made to fit perfectly, to sing in harmony.

Both characters were great, but Jax really stole the show for me. He was the perfect alpha, possessive and protective to extremes, and of course his dirty talking didn’t hurt, au contraire! Natalie describes him in the perfect way,

Jax Croix was a silver-tongued devil.

I loved Natalie’s independent and sass streak, but her constant pushing and running away – don’t get me wrong, I understood her predicament – was a bit to much, IMO. Nonetheless, I really loved them together, and the subplot worked perfectly. From the moment they meet, we could pratically feel the sparks flying, and Jax’s will to claim and take, unstoppable.

“This pussy is mine.”

“My hand.”
“My mouth.”

He know Natalie is his future and will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

Fucking hell. When I got my hands on Natalie, she wouldn’t be able to sit for a week. Which shouldn’t be a problem since I intended to keep her chained to my fucking bed until she was wearing my ring and carrying my kid. Not only was it what I wanted more than anything, but it would tie us together so she couldn’t run from me anymore.

“I’m not asking, sweetheart. I’m telling you. We are getting married.”

The secondary character were fantastic as well, and I’d love to read Eden and Isaac’s story (pretty please, Fiona…). 🙂

Brief Me, Baby was amazing sweet, steamy short read. The only reason why I didn’t give it five smutty stars was the short epilogue. I would love for a bit longer and further along version on it, to completely sate my spoiled epilogue will. I love a more extended look into the characters HEA.

That being said, I am now counting down the days until Fiona Davenport’s new release, because their books sure are the best kind of addiction! <3

“Four days,” he growled into my mouth before capturing it in another searing kiss.

After doing my best to avoid him, I should have tried to push out of his arms. We were in his office for fuck’s sake, but that didn’t seem to matter to me as I melted into his embrace. When he lifted his head, our chests were heaving, and I couldn’t remember why I’d run from him in the first place. My head was spinning, and the only reason I stayed on my feet was because his hands were wrapped around my arms.

“You ignored me for an entire weekend.” His hold on me tightened. “Hours upon hours we could have spent together if only you’d picked up your damn phone!”

Before I was able to wrap my brain around what was happening, he dropped down onto the couch, pulled me across his lap, and spanked me. Bursts of pain spread across my skin, making me freeze up in shock. I couldn’t believe he was actually spanking me in his office! He took advantage of my stillness, spanking me repeatedly. His rasped out words punctuated the pain.

“I.”

Whack.

“Warned.”

Whack.

“You.”

Whack.

“Jax!” I gasped out, attempting to slide my hands over my ass for protection. I didn’t get far before he had both my wrists in his grasp, pressing them against my lower back with one hand while caressing my stinging cheeks with the other.

“You’re mine,” he murmured, lifting me off his lap until I was standing between his legs. “I wasn’t fucking joking when I told you I was going to redden this sweet little ass of yours any time I have to remind you that you belong to me.”

I had no response. None. What could I say when one half of me wanted to climb onto his lap for wild monkey-sex, while the other, more rational, part knew damn well that the moment I left his office I was going to run again?
